Stephanie Dillard, a 34-year old mother, crashed her car into a Houston Metro bus with her three kids in the car. She got out of the wrecked car, not to get help, but to get an ice cream at a nearby CVS. She returned; then, for no apparent reason, she started stripping. She also resisted arrest when officers arrived. The children, ages 5, 12 & 16 were not seriously injured. Oddly enough, there was no mention of alcohol or drugs in the arrest report.
